The packages below give an overview of the services we offer. We can adapt them to your school’s specific requirements, so please contact us to discuss these further.
This will include:
- A qualified, HCPC registered, SLT being assigned to each school, who will integrate within the school team.
- All staff are enhanced DBS checked with DBS update service.
- All staff are fully insured.
- Regular clinical supervision for the SLT from a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist from the wider SLT team.
- Cover from the wider Speech and Language Therapy team if required and possible for sickness, annual leave etc.
- GDPR compliant administration software and laptop for SLT to use.
- Standardised assessments and resources for SLT to use.
- Clarity Independent Speech and Language Therapy has strong links with Essex University and often provides placements to Speech and Language Therapy students. A school contract would benefit from student input as well as clinician input during times of placements.

Requirements:
- A designated, quiet, and private space will be required for all Speech and Language Therapy work and administration to be carried out in each school. Access to WIFI is essential.
- School staff will be prepared with a time for student sessions and students should be available and ready for their allocated session. If they are not, this will affect the SLT’s ability to carry out the designated sessions for the specified 45 minutes.
Reports, input for EHCPs and attendance at annual review meetings will be charged on a case-by-case basis or further discussion of this can be agreed.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to discuss your school’s requirements. There is capacity for negotiation and further discussions around the delivery and details of the packages.
Communication Training Packages
Each training session below, lasts approximately 2 hours, costs £325, and accommodates up to 25 participants.
These can be mixed and matched and put together for a whole day’s training for £1,250 based on 4 topics being selected to be delivered within a day (9-5pm).
This includes electronic access to slides for future reference.
Communication Champion Training
A Communication Champion (CC) in a school is a dedicated individual trained extensively in speech and language therapy approaches. Their primary role is to support students' communication development by delivering targeted interventions and strategies.
In addition to working directly with students, they play a key role in empowering other staff members by teaching them how to implement these techniques in everyday classroom settings.
By acting as a bridge between Speech and Language Therapists and school staff, a CC helps create an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive in their communication skills.
Below is based on 4 people attending the training and supervision. Each training includes handouts and resources (including printable resources) to implement within the school setting.
Supervision:
To implement the above training appropriately, we suggest one to one supervision with a Speech and Language Therapist on a half term basis. This could include in-depth discussion and planning regarding specific students and/or groups, or joint intervention/ review sessions with students.
Full Day (0900-1700): £400 x 4 people = £1,600 x 5 half terms = £8,000
Half Day (0900 - 1230): £200 x 4 people = £800 x 5 half terms = £4,000
Monthly 1 hour group Zoom supervision: £125 per hour. This may also be added onto the above packages if required.

Option 1: Training + Full day supervisions + Monthly Group Zoom sessions (9 months): £14,875
Option 2: Training + Full day supervisions: £13,750
Option 3: Training + Half day supervisions: £9,750 (+ monthly zoom sessions £10,875)
