Assessment:
Initial assessment: £700.00
Approx. 60 mins. Including:
- Up to 1.75 hour of face-to-face assessment.
- Standardised assessment (if appropriate/required).
- Summary report (max 1,500 words) including: history, assessment, findings, summary of needs and recommendations.
Intervention:
Therapy session: £120.00
- Clinic based or home based (+ travel fee).
- 45 minutes face to face therapy session.
- Inclusive of clinical admin.
Reports:
Interim report (quarterly basis and if required): £300.00
- Summary of intervention to date.
- Minimum of 4 sessions required.
- Max. 500-1,000 words.
Discharge report: £500.00
- Summary of intervention.
- Max. 1,500 words.
- Review of goals.
- Outcome measure review.
- Recommendations for the future.
Additional:
Non-clinical administration £100.00 per hour pro rata
Inclusive of:
- Telephone calls, MDT liaison, liaison with case managers and administrative support (e.g., emails, telephone calls)
Meeting attendance £120.00 per hour pro rata
Inclusive of:
- Case conference, MDT meetings, formal meetings with case managers
- Associated clinical administration
Late cancellation £100.00 flat rate
