Assessment:
Initial assessment: £500.00
Inclusive of:
- Up to 1.5 hour of face-to-face assessment.
- Standardised assessment (if appropriate/required)
- Summary report (max 1,500 words) including: history, assessment, findings, summary of needs and recommendations.
Intervention:
Therapy session: £110.00
- Care home based (+ travel fee)
- 45 minutes face to face therapy session.
- Inclusive of clinical admin
Reports:
Interim report (quarterly basis and if required): £270.00
- Summary of intervention to date
- Minimum of 4 sessions required.
- Max. 500 words
Discharge report: £470.00
- Summary of intervention
- Max. 1500 words
- Review of goals
- Outcome measure review
- Recommendations for the future
Additional:
Non-clinical administration £100.00 per hour pro rata
Inclusive of:
- Telephone calls
- MDT liaison
- Liaison with care home staff and administrative support (e.g., emails, telephone calls)
Meeting attendance £110.00 per hour pro rata
Inclusive of:
- MDT meetings, formal meetings with care home staff
- Associated clinical administration
Late cancellation £100.00 flat rate

Travel costs for home or school visits:
+ £12.50 per session if visit is 0-5 miles from the clinic (Rayleigh: Suite 3, Arnox House, Berry’s Arcade, 8-14 High Street, Rayleigh, Essex SS6 7EQ or Chelmsford: Suite 3, 158 Moulsham Street, Chelmsford CM2 0LD)
+ £17.50 per session is visit is 6-10 miles from clinic (address shown above)
+ £17.50 + mileage if visit is 10-15 miles or more from the clinic (address shown above)
Over 15 miles from clinic, travel will be priced at £50 per hour of travelling, pro rata.
